Phoenix Programme

Phoenix is a 10-week group for women who have experienced abuse. The group has been designed to be interactive, and inclusive, covering safety planning, the tactics used in abusive relationships, the warning signs of abuse, as well as personal boundaries and building healthy relationships, all while promoting self-care.

The group enables women to make sense of and have space to process what has happened to them.

You are welcome to share as much or as little as you would like.

We do ask that you access the group in a private space, you wear headphones and that cameras are kept on for the duration of each session – please speak to us if you have any worries regarding this.

For more information please contact the Women’s Support Centre on 01483 726621 or using the online referral form on this website.
